“Sin Miedo” is an integral value of mine. In 2020, when I was struggling intensely with my mental health in the middle of the pandemic, mi mama called me and I finally broke down and shared my heart with her. Fearing that she’d give me the typical Mexican parent response of “nomas echale mas ganas mija,” I was preparing myself for the worst.
Instead, though, mi ama validated my emotions, she encouraged me to be brave and to live my life sin miedo (without fear).
Thanks to her encouragement, I took the leap of faith and quit my corporate job, and without expecting or planning it, I found my dream studio and became a full-time photographer just a few short weeks later.
May this tee serve as a reminder that life is worth living without fear.
