Hola, I’m Cinthia, or Cin for short, and I’m the creative mind behind the award-winning, Dallas-based boudoir and portrait studio Cinphotos!

My journey began when I reluctantly picked up photography in 2015. I had just dropped out of college, and I was struggling to figure out my life’s purpose while dealing with the shame of failing at my dream of becoming a doctor. I had a really stringent vision for what I thought my life would look like by then, and I didn’t know how to be flexible or have faith in myself.

During this time, I was forced to face my mental health and body image struggles for the first time. I began to realize how harsh and unkind I was to myself for so many years. When life got hard, I got harder on myself and never gave myself the grace I so desperately needed. I would have never imagined that a little pawn shop camera would lead me through a journey of self-healing and to create a life for myself I couldn’t have even imagined when I first got it.

I have spent the last eight years unlearning and de-centering the toxic beauty standards in our society and serving resilient women that are also in their healing journeys! I now have the privilege of providing an empowering photoshoot experience in the comfort and safety of my own private studio. Through photography, I hope to remind people that they have the power to write their own stories, and that their value is not determined by their appearance, but by what’s within.
